Prior to joining Davis Miles, PLLC, Mr. Harlow was in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest privately-owned financial institutions, with responsibility for managing mortgage fraud litigation, the company’s intellectual property holdings and advising management on a full range of legal, transactional and regulatory compliance issues. Additionally, in his 10 years of practice, he has represented real estate companies, real estate developers and commercial real estate buyers and sellers in a wide variety of standard and complex real estate and business transactions.
