For the last 14 years the most significant part of my practice has been providing front line service to the members of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. every day.  I find it a very interesting and challenging practice.  It draws on my entire life experience as a student, journalist, mediator, attorney, husband, father, son, brother and friend.  I believe strongly that the best benefit that can be provided to the members transcends merely informing them what the legal system has in store for them.  They need and appreciate advice and counsel pertinent to their circumstances that considers the many aspects of their situation.  The Pre-Paid system allows an attorney to provide assistance to clients in a way that, because of the economic realities of traditional practice, just is not possible in that environment.
