Joe Wiseman Partner

Joe Wiseman is the former president of Wiseman Legal Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he and his team built a strong reputation as leading practitioners in the region. Now a Partner in Davis Miles’ family law department, he helps individuals navigate the unique and emotional complexities of family law matters. Joe’s practice also includes representing clients in probate litigation, paternity actions, and post-decree modifications, as well as various other aspects of domestic relations law, including spousal maintenance, child support, third-party rights, guardianship, and relocation.

Joe joined Davis Miles in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in family law and probate litigation. Since beginning his practice in 2012, Joe has been widely known in the family bar across New Mexico for his commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal representation.

When not busy assisting clients, Joe enjoys spending time with his family.
