Paul Davis

Paul is an associate with Davis Miles’ litigation group who focuses his practice on probate and estate litigation. His background includes representing clients in a variety of civil and commercial matters in state and federal courts.

While attending law school at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Paul externed at the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education. He also served as an Associate Editor for the ASU Law Journal for Social Justice and published an article on the modern enforcement of the Voting Rights Act. Prior to joining Davis Miles, Paul practiced civil defense litigation at a national law firm.

In his free time, Paul enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and all things outdoors.
